This brilliant, contemporary barre workout is ideal for those who wish to work out their whole body every time they exercise. Incorporating elements of Pilates, ballet and yoga, Garuda Barre combines slow and fast paced movements to capture the physicality and grace of dance. As you move through the innovative sequences, all muscle groups are used, with a special focus on developing core strength, flexibility and agility in your body. Here, balance and strength work side by side to create a sense of length and flow.
Garuda Barre also integrates aerobic movements into each workout to strengthen your cardiovascular system, which helps you burn calories.
